I am following strict COVID-19 protocols so when you arrive for your visit please be prepared for the following:

• Prior to your in-person visit, please complete the questionnaire sent to you via Charm.

• Masks must be worn at all times except for when lying facedown on a treatment table. 

• The front door will be locked. I will open it and let you in at the time of your visit. 

• I will take your temperature in our front entrance. Unfortunately I'm not able to see anyone with a fever. 

• I will have you wash your hands before the start of your visit.

* I'm unable to see anyone in the clinic with:

• Upper respiratory symptoms or other known COVID symptoms. If you're having symptoms, please schedule a telemedicine visit or message me to determine if testing or an urgent care visit is warranted. 

• Known exposure in the past 14 days

• International or cruise ship travel within the past 14 days
